If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.

Warranty Policy:

Please contact your reseller within 30 days of original invoice date for refund or replacement.  Beyond 30 days, please contact Hiro Inc. within one year of original invoice date for a replacement. Should an item require repair or replacement after a year, please contact Hiro Inc. for information regarding parts availability and cost. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

    * This product carries an 1yr limited warranty for replacement
    * Before sending back the merchandise, please contact our customer service for validation
    * Any returned merchandise, unless instructed otherwise, must be in its original package & processed via shipping service with tracking number
    * Should a product prove to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair / replace with an identical or similar product
    * Replacement Product may include new, remanufactured, or refurbished products and parts. Repairs and replacement have a 90 day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original 1 year warranty, depending upon which is longer.

o   RMA# is valid for 30 days from RMA issued date.
§  RMA# must be written on the outside packaging in order to avoid delays in processing.
§  Automated email notifications are sent when your RMA has shipped. Please be sure to check spam folders or filters.
§  Replacement units may be recertified and/or remanufactured. Any replacement will inherit the warranty of your original product and does not extend or alter your original manufacturer warranty term.
§  Hiro Inc. provides warranty repair service. Please contact place of purchase for credit, refunds, upgrades / model changes, or new retail box replacement. Hiro Inc. does not provide these services under any circumstances.
o   Physical damage is not covered under your manufacturer’s warranty and automatically VOIDS your product’s warranty.
§  Damage can include any shape or form of corner, edge damage, or markings with pens and markers
§  Broken traces or burns due to improper installation or removal of other components
§  Shipping Damage due to improper packaging
o   For Out of Warranty and/or Physical Damage service a representative will contact you with the cost of repair.
o   Packaging / Shipping Information:
§  Recommend 2 inches of padding around product itself (example: popcorn, bubble wrap, foam)
§  Recommend using a courier that provides tracking such as FedEx, DHL, UPS (but not required)
§  Must be packaged in a box and all envelopes will be rejected
§  Hiro Inc. will provide shipping for replacement back to customer upon receiving defective unit from customer, standard return ship method is via USPS.
