Customer using DELL XPS 8500 and Vostro Series computer encounter problems w/ our H50197 and H50198, HiRO V.92 56K Internal PCIe PCI-E PCI Express 1x Data Fax Voice Modem Windows 7 Vista XP 32/64 RoHS CallerID Caller ID CID

After replace MB and update BIOS, the problem remains and can't be resolved. Pls return the unit back to reseller and request replacing w/ our H50113, HiRO V.92 56K External USB Data Fax Voice Modem Windows 7 Vista XP 32 64 bit RoHS
